Amazing costumer service!
I was really worried at first when I took my moncler jacket in. It had red wine and some other stains on the sleeves. but Jay (the shop owner) assured me that he will try and get them out without damaging the jackets fabric.
He managed to get them all out for me puffed up the jacket and smelled clean also looked good as new.
I will never go elsewhere.

Mark, the guy that does shoes, keys, etc. is one of the best in the trade (used to do the Queen's Royal Guard's boots) and can find a solution to everything.
